End-to-End Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and piabet.run is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. This applies to account logins, payment submissions via UPI or Paytm, and every support conversation you have with our team.

Cookie Management

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to understand how pages perform. You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie settings panel on piabet.run.

Payment Data Isolation

Your UPI VPA, Paytm wallet ID and PhonePe transaction references are stored in an isolated payment vault separate from your profile data. Our customer support agents never see full payment identifiers — only masked references.

Data Retention Limits

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after closure, in line with applicable regulations. Once that period passes, your records are permanently deleted from our systems.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors required to complete UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with fraud-prevention services that protect your account. We do not sell, rent or exchange your data with advertisers.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the device information needed to secure your session. If you deposit via UPI or Paytm, we also store the payment reference linked to that transaction — not your full bank credentials.

Payment identifiers from UPI, PhonePe and Paytm are held in a vault isolated from your main profile. Support staff only ever see a masked version of these references. Full identifiers are accessible only to our payment-processing system during the transaction.
